What they asked for
New identity for a promotional campaign to promote and internally socialize values, mission, vision and codes of conducts of the bank to the employees and other stakeholders inside the bank through out different locations.
What we did
APAP bank was searching for a way to synchronize different elements of their brand identity. They undertook an internal campaign. The special employee communication internal communications campaign came in a good time where the bank is in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and taking the shape of a growing corporation with a big expansion pace, therefore was necessary to do something for all the employees and stakeholders.
The communications team wanted to reinforce the values and codes of conduct of the bank via messages such as team work, efficiency, cooperation, collaboration and creativity. We created a concept that could easily implemented throughout wide range of communications in all the channels, same as different projects and tools used in the company whether online and offline. We tried to visually conceptualize these abstract concepts via visually appealing graphics that grab the attention of all the colleagues. We also tried to implement as much as was possible humor so the content of the messages shows up more enjoyable and appealing.
There are also company’s employees which are currency traders, seated in rows. We managed to visually set up the impact of seeing the messages via pop ups throughout the line of desktops simultaneously.
We managed to incorporate as well corporate screensaver via the implementation of a software to develop an easy-to-implement internal teaser campaigns for many purposes as for example, building interest in internal events or activities, new services, discounts, general news or special posts by the managers. We used the countdown functionality in all employee communication channels.
